Payment & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Thank you for helping us provide consistent, high-quality care.
1. Cancellations
24-Hour Notice
Clients must provide 24-hour cancellation notice directly to the office, not just their therapist.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance
Insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees.
Exceptions
All waived fees or exceptions must be approved by our office administration. Therapists cannot waive fees or approve exceptions on their own.
2. Payments
Outstanding Balances
Clients with one or more outstanding balances will not be seen again until payment is received. This includes declined autopay transactions and unpaid third-party balances.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required for every client, regardless of insurance coverage or third-party payment arrangements.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance does not always cover the full session cost. The exact amount covered is not confirmed until a claim is processed.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for any remaining balance, subject to applicable insurance requirements.
All policies are subject to applicable laws, insurance contracts, and clinical safety requirements.
